Bolton Abbey (Training Walk 4)

What a day, another wet one but hey the miles are starting to add up.
From Bolton Abbey carpark we went up to Hare Head then down to Barden Tower, along the Strid footpath and back to the car Bolton Abbey Walk . Only 12km but in 2.5 hours so not bad going in the slippy mud up the climb. Oh and down the climb, once again i slipped to one knee and said my prayers, they worked because Steve then slipped and went full length down the slope. For a wet windy day we enjoyed the walk just a pity none of our team 2 could make it due to work commitments.
Next walk may be interesting as going to do some map reading with the team going from Haworth to Top Withens, back round through Standbury and back to the car. Must also make sure there are some steps for Steve seeing he did everything to avoid them today!
